Todd Williams


Todd Williams is president of KINEXO, where he leads the strategic direction and management of the company. Most recently, he oversaw the merger of ITI and FAC to form KINEXO, a company built to create measurable value by delivering innovative supply chain solutions that maximize operational efficiencies, increase transactional visibility, and fully optimize supply paths for its clients and carrier partners.

Since he joined the company in 2002, Williams has held many notable positions, which have included vice president, chief financial and strategic officer and controller. During his tenure, Williams has led many transformational events such as a comprehensive strategic realignment and focus on the core value components of the company’s unique redistribution and freight management offerings. These events enabled the company to become the sought-after provider of comprehensive and innovative supply chain solutions for its prestigious roster of foodservice, retail, hospitality and healthcare clientele.

With 25 years of experience in the manufacturing, supply chain, logistics and technology industries, Williams attributes his success to his strong work ethic and loving family. Prior to KINEXO, he spent time at Construction Imaging Systems as its senior vice president and chief financial officer, Mayo Knitting Mill, Inc. as the chief financial officer and McGladrey & Pullen, as an accountant.

Outside of KINEXO, Williams sits on the board of Faith Christian School of Rocky Mount. He is also a member of The American Institute of CPA’s and the North Carolina Association of CPA’s

Williams graduated with a B.S. in accounting from Bob Jones University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).

Heather Glascock

Vice President of Supply Chain Operations

As Vice President of Supply Chain Operations, Heather Glascock is responsible for developing and executing the strategies for both the redistribution and data-driven freight management operations of KINEXO. Under her direction, the supply chain team focuses on implementing best-in-class processes and innovative technologies that support significant growth and improve the overall customer experience.

With over 18 years of transportation, supply chain and logistics experience, Glascock joined KINEXO in 2012 from Leveraged Execution Providers (LXP), a division of the Armada Supply Chain Solutions organization. There, she held the title of vice president of transportation and led the strategic direction of the company’s freight management, carrier procurement and design capabilities. Prior to that, she held other strategic leadership positions within LXP, as well as Transplace and JB Hunt Transport Services, Inc.

In her spare time, Glascock enjoys time with family and being mother to daughters, McKenna and Brynlee. She is an active contributor to breast cancer awareness programs and the Children’s Miracle Network, as well as local community charities in Wake Forest.

She graduated with a B.S.B.A in marketing management from the Sam Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas.

Greg Taylor

Senior Director of Customer Solutions

Greg Taylor currently serves as senior director of customer solutions at KINEXO, where he leads the engineering, pricing and implementation teams. While in this leadership role, he’s played an integral part in unifying the logistics and redistribution activities within these teams to create a focus on total supply chain solutions for KINEXO’s customers and trading partners.

Taylor joined KINEXO in 2005 and since then, has held several positions to include senior business analyst, senior supply chain manager, and director of customer solutions. Prior to this, he spent time at Cummins Engine Company in various operations and engineering capacities. While there, he received training in Six Sigma, Kaizen and other continuous improvement programs.

He graduated summa cum laude from North Carolina Wesleyan College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Sarah Hill

Director of Strategic Accounts

As KINEXO’s director of strategic accounts, Sarah Hill is responsible for the overall strategic direction of key accounts and developing new business opportunities. Specifically, she develops, maintains and broadens strategic relationships with key customers through KINEXO’s customized supply chain offerings.

Sarah began her career with Hardee’s Food Systems with positions in operations, marketing, and purchasing, and now has more than 25 years of experience in the foodservice industry. In 2002, Sarah joined MBM Corporation in national accounts, working with national and regional QSR accounts. Since joining KINEXO in 2009, she has worked to secure new business in addition to strengthening strategic relationships with our current customers.

In her spare time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and watching her children play sports. She is an active member of her church and volunteers with the school system and local charities in the Eastern North Carolina area.

She graduated with a BSBA, Business Law, from Western Carolina University.

Angela Spain


Currently serving as controller, Angela Spain supervises all aspects of financial management for KINEXO. Specifically, she is in charge of duties related to budgeting, accounting execution, cash management, risk management as well as internal and external reporting. Additionally, Spain works closely with the KINEXO leadership team to develop and implement strategic financial plans for the company.

Spain started her career at KINEXO, then International Traders, Inc. & First American Carriers, Inc., (ITI & FAC) back in 2001, and served the accounting department in various roles before being named controller in 2012.

Outside of work, Spain is an active member in her church where she serves on several committees that focus on working with children and youth. In addition, Spain has served as a team captain for the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life event for the past eight years, and enjoys coaching youth basketball and spending time with her husband and three children.

She graduated with a B.S. in accounting and a minor in organizational leadership from North Carolina Wesleyan College.
